The new mobile application for the Direct Express® Debit MasterCard® card offers a convenient and secure way to manage your finances from your mobile device. The application is available for free download to cardholders whose card number starts with 511563.

Important: If your card begins with 533248, please do not download this app. Instead, search for the same mobile app logo in the app store, but with a short description specifying that it is for cards starting with the numbers 533248.

Direct Express cardholders will find this new mobile application to be highly useful while on the go. Some of its key features include:

• Account Management: Activate and check your card balance, manage your funds or those of your Benefit Recipient, review transactions, set alerts, and download monthly statements.
• Secure Biometric Login: Log in securely using biometrics for added safety.
• Alert Management: Set alerts to track activity and enhance card security.
• Paperless Option: Go paperless by downloading your monthly account statements online.
• ATM Locator: Easily find nearby ATMs and locations offering cash back.
